The Way To Emotional Health

The way to emotional health in your life is very much bound up with your own self-esteem and confidence. Part of what counselling involves is exploring negative assumptions about yourself and seeing if they can be changed. But counselling is also about looking at what's right in your life, rather than just what's wrong. This can help you deal with fears and negative expectations, and enable you to become a less anxious and more contented person. It can also quickly help with short term issues.

Not Getting What You Want Out Of Life?

Counselling can help give you more satisfying personal relationships and a more successful working life. I think you will find that you will feel heard, understood and supported if you come for counselling. Things that you are unhappy with can be changed. See the counselling page for more detail and for costs. (Low cost counselling available).

I counsel both individuals or couples, short-term or long-term. Sessions are available in both Cambridge & Cambourne, in relaxed and confidential settings. There is easy access and free parking.
